Getting Things Rolling…

Hello Everyone! I hope your first week was great! For LLI, it was awesome with all things happening.

Many students has returned after their break to continue their classes. They have said that they had a great time during Christmas and New Year here in London, Canada, and back home.

The winter program has started for its two groups – the 3 weeks and 4 weeks programs. Everyone is excited to experience the snow for the first time in their life. Some were here at LLI but during different seasons and this is their first to be in the winter season. They also had fun with this experience.

In the middle of the week, the winter program students went to Niagara Falls, The weather was warmer than usual, so they had a good time enjoying watching the falls, visiting the birds park, and going on top of the tower after sunset.

By the end of the week, the weather got warmer and warmer, Because of that, going for skiing or skating wasn’t possible. So they went to see a movie in downtown called “Rise of the Guardians” that came out last Christmas season about Jack Frost.

On Sunday, a big group from the school and the Winter Program went to Toronto with LLI to watch an NBA Basket Ball game where Toronto Raptors played.

Now as I write this, the weather is getting colder again and it will start snowing again and hopefully more so that we can go skiing and skating.

Let us shout again, “Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!”
